Welcome to Session 3 of Sci-Tech!! For our third and final session this summer, we are so excited to kick off the session with over 150 campers who will soon find their halls as a home away from home and their workshops as spaces to explore and discover their detailed interests.
This session, we cannot wait to see all our campers learn and grow as they strengthen their connection to Judaism and STEM.
Not only are these two weeks our summer’s finale, but this session is also special because we welcomed 4th, 5th, and 11th graders for two workshops specific to their age groups: Taste of Camp (which is brand new this summer) and Sci-Techkun Olam.
On this Opening Day, campers bonded with their hallmates during a picnic lunch and ice-breakers, experimented with Alka Seltzer bottle rockets, and that’s only the beginning of what campers will experience over the next two exciting weeks.
Like our bottle rockets, tomorrow will begin with a Boker Big Bang! As we settle in for the night and hold our first evening ritual, we wish you a lilah tov. See you soon!
